Neural Interface Lab

We are developing safe and effective neural interfaces and implement them to build neural prosthesis devices to help patients with neurodegenerative diseases.

Dr. Eom receives NRF Young Researcher Program Funding

Dr. Eom receives NRF Young Researcher Program entitled "A Novel Non-invasive Single-cell Resolution Photonic Retinal Prosthesis using Gold Nanoparticles". This funded project is geared toward the development of novel non-invasive retinal prosthesis for 5 years (2020.03~2025.02). (Link, acceptance rate: 25.5 %)

Eom Lab opened a website! Yay!

Dr. Kyungsik Eom joined Electronics Engineering at Pusan National University, South Korea as a tenure-track faculty member on Sept. 1th 2019. He opened his new lab (Eom Lab, Neural Interface and Neural Prosthesis) and lab webpage.
